Run Match from CLI

SSH into your EC2 instance and run the match script directly. This is faster and more reliable than running it through a web request.

# SSH into EC2, then run:
php /var/www/paf/run-match.php

The script processes 17,533 registry records against 8,943,711 voters using batched lookups (one query per chunk of 1,000 registrants). Expected runtime: 2–10 minutes depending on server load.
